You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a

different license agreement signed by JerMar Software your use of this software indicates your acceptance of

this license agreement and warranty.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for

evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14 days. If you use this software after the 14 day

evaluation period a registration fee of $14.95 is required for a single user license. A single user license

permits a single user to install FileName Pro onto no more than two computers that are directly under the

control of said user and of which no other persons will use FileName Pro.

Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to JerMar Software, PMB 103, 16505 S.E.

First Street, Suite A, Vancouver, WA 98684. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available at

http://www.jermar.com/. After payment has been received a registration code is provided to the registor that

creates a fully licensed version of the software.

Unregistered use of FileName Pro after the 14-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international

copyright laws.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR

MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and

software environments into which FileName Pro may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS

OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before

relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. IN NO EVENT WILL JERMAR SOFTWARE BE

LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY OR ANY

OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE EVEN IF

JERMAR SOFTWARE OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE(S) HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Licensee may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of

the Software covered by this Agreement and all support files generated by the Software. It will also

terminate if Licensee fails to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Licensee agrees that upon

such termination to destroy this Software, including all copies, functionally-equivalent derivatives, and all

portions and modifications thereof in any form.

Distribution of Evaluation Version

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (check About box) you are hereby

licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give

exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the

software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the

above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and

from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without

prior written permission.

Installing this software confirms your understanding of and binds you to this licensing agreement.

Registered Version - Single License

One registered copy of FileName Pro may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on

up to two computers that are directly under said user's control and whom no other user can access FileName

Pro.

Registered Version - Network License

You may access the registered version of FileName Pro through a network, provided that you have obtained

individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the

network. For instance, if 5 different workstations will access FileName Pro on the network, each workstation

must have its own FileName Pro license, regardless of whether they use FileName Pro at different times or

concurrently.

FileName Pro excellent

If anyone has thousands of files to rename this program is fast, and does the job. I could not understand "suffix etc" so it would be nice if it had explaination for all its features. Other than that its a great program. I'm into karaoke, DVD, and CD. If anyone is into making super CD+G (Cavs) it'll ease their task 90% regarding time.

Review of FileName Pro 2.0.14

Very slow. Was not practical for our purposes. Wee dealing with 10s of thousands of files in a batch. Others do it much faster.
